We'll arrange a visit for the time you requested. You'll have an email confirming this as well. To help us out on the visit and give you a higher valuation, please make sure you do the following:

• Tidy your house. Nothing extreme, just a light cleaning so you can walk around safely and we can get a good feel for the property.
• Get any paperwork together for home improvements that you have done.
• Set an alarm, so you don't miss our call!
