What happens now

Three things, in this order

  1. We check the property

    We pull the official title from the Land Registry and check what similar homes nearby have actually sold for.

  2. We email you the valuation

    Written up the way the grant application needs it. If HMRC ever query the figure, we deal with that too - it is not handed back to you.

  3. Nothing else, unless you ask

    We won't ring you unless you've asked us to. If you want to talk it through, the number is below and we'd be glad to.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your junk folder first

The valuation comes from an address you have never had an email from before, so it lands in junk more often than we would like.

If it still isn't there, call us on 0808 196 5200 and we will read it out to you and send it again to wherever you want.
